“Angry Bees and Men”

My wife and I were working on our gutter system that dumps the runoff water from our house roof into the creek and I just happened to step on a ground bee nest. Well, you know I didn’t realize that I had done anything wrong until they attacked my ankle. Needless to say, in a flash I started slapping my ankles, too late, two got me and two more were waiting in backup. They were locked and loaded, but I was quicker than them, and my next slap got them. Of course, I knew that I was outnumbered, so I retreated, and everything calmed down. Now these ground bees, commonly known as yellow-jackets, believed deeply that they owned the rights to my back yard and would defend it with all their might. Just who was right here, me or the bees?

Just what are rights and who made them and who gets to decide? Well, the God of nature and natures’ God are one and the same. God, our creator, made heaven and the earth and holds the only right to say what is right or wrong. He alone set the boundaries that holds everything where it belongs. Now natural man, from birth, will learn this if he lives long enough. There are absolutes here where we live, such as gravity. We can try to believe that we can defy it if we like, so, go and step off the back porch where there are no steps and tell me how that worked out. The design and protocols that God made are perfect if obeyed, if not, we can do great damage to ourselves and others.

Now, a friend made the statement once that a deluded person is one that knows he is wrong and doubles his efforts. If we know we are wrong long enough, we begin to think we are right. Well, everyone has a stop sign inside called a conscience. If violated enough, it becomes seared, or rather, deluded.

I have noted two men in high places of government that made statements from a mind that is deluded in the last little while. One was a nations leader. His statement in front of a very large place filled with people was, “Greater love has no man than one who lays down his life for his friends”. He believes he is right to kill Jews and Christians in Ukraine. The other person was our President in the US. He was speaking on television in front of the American people and made this statement. “To children who are transgender, I’ve got your back”. They both were wrong and believed they were right. Both men violated Gods’ absolutes and did great damage to other people, their rights, and their very lives and are still doing it. In the case of the ground bees, they can’t think and decide where to make their nest, so I don’t blame them. They’re just living their lives as God designed it. I just need to be more alert. In the case of men, God laid out His perfect design and we just need to learn it and walk safely in it.

The worst-case scenario is to have men in high places ruling out of a mind that thinks he’s right when he is wrong. So, we put men in office in America. It’s our God given right, not man given. If we observe a candidate and his actions don’t line up with his words, we can conclude that he is deluded. Our constitution was written to keep deluded men in high places from changing or taking our rights away from us. Deluded men can become like the bees, they get very angry when we get near their true nest. They swarm and try to sting us into believing their way. Men are serious in their delusion and have become a danger to us, our society, and the world. So, in the case of the bees, they just follow God’s perfect design and get angry if stepped on. But in the case of men, their angry, deluded strategies will fail, and will in the future. God made this statement, “My ways are not your ways, and your ways are not my ways”. If we all walk in His ways, and His perfectly designed precepts, delusion will flee and truth will remain.

“The Leaves Are Falling”

“The leaves are falling”
“Change Is Coming”

My little office is upstairs and right before my face is a 4 foot by 4 foot window. There are big rock outcroppings with a lot of trees; Pine, popular, maple and oak. Some have been there for a long time and some are new, all at different ages and size. They are constantly growing and changing, but they all have one thing in common. They are still trees and rocks, exactly as God made them to be. Well, there is another thing they have in common, they don’t have a will. Animals don’t have one either, only man.

In the beginning when God created all of what I am looking at, it was to remain the same. Man was to name all of this and tend it. In the garden that God had made for man, why it wouldn’t even need rain, only dew. Getting back to the thing we mentioned before about man having a will. God gave man a will so he would have a choice to willingly love Him and what He had created for man, or not . Of course, man chose not to and garden life changed drastically.

Sitting here watching the summer season begin to change to fall and watching the leaves that God made start dropping off the trees and fill the air, a phrase came to me. “The Leaves Are Falling, Change is Coming”. The coolness in the air meant winter was coming, but more than winter.

As with trees, when all their leaves fall off, we can see further into the woods. The same can be said of a nation as well. When the love and gratitude for God falls a way, we can see into the future life clearer. Love grows colder as the man gets barer. As a wolf in the woods, when the trees are bare it makes stalking his prey easier. We find ourselves naked and ashamed in a wilderness full of wolves.

The scripture says, in the last days wolves will come in sheeps’ clothing to deceive us. Just what does that mean? It means we won’t know the difference between a Christian and a non Christian. A man who believes that God created us and a man who doesn’t. Well, God will give us what we ask for, and has. “Change is coming”.

The change that is coming is a direct result of our action of putting our trust in the wolf rather than the sheep. We have elected wolves to govern the sheep, if you will. The people we have willingly, by our own volition, voted into office have turned their hatred toward us and call us home grown terrorists and the enemy of democracy.

Where I grew up, we have hurricanes. When the community starts hating each other and stops speaking to each other, guess what brings us back together again? You guessed it. Our governors and leaders have invited people who hate us into our country. Well, there is not a hurricane big enough to correct America, so what can we expect to happen? I wrote a post back in 2015, “A Storm Comes From The North East, Hunker Down And Pray”. Its’ winds began as a whisper and now are beginning to roar. The hatred for God’s people is increasing. It started in Washington D.C. first and the invitation to those in the far east who hate us has been sent as well.

Regret can turn into gratitude if we are willing, but it depends on our will. If we as a people will humble ourselves and pray, God will heal us first and then our land (nation). We have never before seen blackness of hate and heart as Israel is experiencing now and it will get viler until God destroys it. It is here in America now and will get worse. God will destroy it if we “Hunker Down And Pray”.

PS: A man in Israel made this statement, “Before October 7/2023 we were a people divided by ideology and divisions. We are now one people, Israel.

“The Highway”

“The unchangeable”

Our creator says, “I change not”. You know, through my life I have noticed things that change and there are things that do not. Things that change can be easy or hard, but they both lead to something that never changes, as in a destination, we start on a trip to a certain spot or place. In the Tennessee mountains where we live, a G.P.S. can lead you in a circle, right where we started from. They are great for city navigation but, not in the country or rather the (Wilderness). This can make getting to the place we set out for difficult.

God says, “I know the plans I have for you”

When we get born again, we think we have arrived at our destination. We begin to use our own new rebuilt G.P.S. as a guide to navigate the wilderness and the circling begins. Some times we reach the simpler destinations, but the more difficult ones we just circle around in confusion. Being born again is very very important, but is just the beginning. God has many destinations (Plans) for us to reach. All are good, but all are not easy. I can have a G.P.S. that will point to the lookout house on top of a Mt. Cammerer behind my home, but the elevation is 5,300 ft. The trip is going to be difficult. God’s plans for us are written in stone and are unchangeable. All our destinations reached in life are good, just wait until you get there.

God says, “I can not lie”

There are plans and designs that He built into life when He created the Heavens and the Earth that can not be changed. They are unchangeable. Gravity is unchangeable and man cannot duplicate it. The destinations in our lives are unchangeable even though we try. It’s not wrong to try, but we can’t get there from here. Every destination we reach in Gods plan is good and we become wiser in life and God.

God says “I never slumber or sleep”

For me personally, life on this earth has been a long time. Some of my destinations have taken a long, long time. Learning a new new character lesson, getting free from a long time habit, an ugly sin etc. God’s plan is to develop a new reborn way of life in us. This plan has many destinations and final conclusions that build Godly character in us. These destinations are written in stone and are unchangeable. He is always walking in us and helping us to reach these very important completions.

God says, “I have spoken”

When God speaks, it is final, there is no other way. He has reasons behind His statements, some we can see and understand and some we can not. Faith is trusting Him in His decisions. There are external destinations apart from our own. Some would be world structure and order. He says, “I raise up Kings and pull them down”. He said, “In the last days, I will bring my people Israel back to their homeland”. We have in our own lives, seen God do what He said thousands of years ago. This was one of Gods planned destinations for Israel. He also said that “I am coming back for my church without spot or blemish”. This means both the individual and the corporate.

God said, “I will surely come”

From the time of the rebellion in the Garden of Eden, God has been planning destinations for us all, for the great one when He returns. Jesus said, “I come in the cloud and every eye will see me, even those who pierced me”. Everyone who has been perfected by His preplanned Destinations will know Him and shout for joy. Our Father and teacher has come. Then we will see Him face to face.

PS: When we start our first destination God see us as already perfect. We just have to walk them out for us to know it.

“Series Or Parallel”

“Series Or Parallel”

At 50 years old, my brother Charley and I went to college to study electronics, majoring in computer technology. We started from the Atom up. We learned all about positive and negative ions, voltage, amperage and resistance. How to clip a sine wave into a square wave in order to count them. A computer is a voltage counter. It counts 5 volts and 0 volts. We studied series and parallel circuits, ohm’s law. It all liked to have killed us.

In a series circuit, if you have two 12 volt batteries connected, negative to positive, the voltage would double to 24 volts and the Amperage would double also. It’s twice as strong a circuit than just having one battery and can carry a much stronger load. On the other hand if you had a parallel circuit, and you had two 12 volt batteries connected negative to negative and positive to positive, the voltage would stay the same and the amperage would stay the same. So two batteries connected in series, increases voltage and amperage. Two batteries connected in parallel, the voltage and the amperage would stay the same.

In a marriage God says, “and the two shall become as one”. He also says, when we are born again,”we become one, us in Him and Him in us”. Could we call this a series relationship? Us connected to Him and Him to us, thus increasing voltage, amperage and power. By the way, He already has the power, we are the ones that need it. A parallel relationship with God is like saying, I want to be connected to God, but I want to stay the same.

I call this, walking parallel to God, walking beside Him and not in Him. Have you heard the saying “ God is my copilot”; So, that would make who the pilot? We have been taught this all our lives, from some Churches and other people. Its called the Law. Walking beside, or parallel with God, is knowing of Him, but not knowing Him intimately. We can only know something from the inside. To really know our wives and husbands, we must be married and become one flesh. It’s the same with God. He says we must be baptized in repentance, water and the Holy Ghost. If any of these steps are left out, we don’t really know Him intimately. We are always on the outside looking in.

If you can picture two walking down a road, one on one side and the other on the opposite. One is man and the other is God. God is saying, I would love for you to come over here with me where you belong, so you can get to know me better After all, we are one. The other is thinking, but He dosen’t know all the issues, bad habits and problems that I have, that I am so ashamed of. I’ll go over when I have fixed them, then He will be pleased with me. Maybe? Maybe?

I have heard this preached from the pulpit for many years. This kind of thinking is prevalent in the Christian community. A constant thinking, I’m not good enough. Some examples of these are; if you dress, act, look, stop this, start that, God will be pleased with me and one day I might get to Heaven. This kind of teaching is lawful and legalistic and is only present when the Holy Ghost is not involved. There was a strong rebuke of the pharisees and sadducees when Jesus said to them, “ You search the whole world over to find one convert and you make him twice the son of hell you are”. Jesus’ thinking was, and is, not this prevailing teaching. He says, come up here with me, just like you are and I will clean you up and give you rest. We will be one and all your bad habits, problems and cruddy stuff that I see anyway, I will clean up, one thing at a time. It may take a long time but, we will do it together. On the cross, I took all those on me, if you remember.

Walking that parallel life, always full of guilt will wear you out. When we are reborn we are birthed into Him. We can never clean ourselves up, it’s not in the plan. It’s not our job, He’s the Doctor, we’re not. He chooses us as we are, not what we could be. That’s what love and mercy is. So we were married to Jesus once and for all. Don’t let lawful teaching pull you away from Him in your mind. We are one. We live in Him and are hid in Him. Nothing can separate us. The scripture says, “In Him we live and move and have our being” and “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”.

PS: Jesus is like the head Doctor in a large hospital. Many people with all kinds of sickness, diseases, habits and problems come here to get well. Trying to fix ourselves only makes our habit and guilt worse and grieves us more. Quit trying and let Him fix it. Get back inside, where you belong.

“A call To War ? Or A Way Out”

“A Call To War? Or A Way Out”

A call to war. A call is just that, it’s a call. It comes from someone. Not heeding, does not negate the call. There are many call’s in this world, some are love calls, some are greetings, some are distress, some are warnings and some are a call to war. There are many different kinds of wars, some are short term and some are long term. Some are surface wars and some are at the root cause of the war. A war is still a war either way. Some fight only the surface war, but we are all called to fight the root of it. A policeman fights the surface endlessly while the detective gets to the root of the war. He searches for evidence. We are all called to search for the evidence. There are reasons for wars. How can we fight and win a war if we don’t know the root cause of it. To arrest the user of a drug is one thing, to arrest the seller is the root. In the case of a gardener, if we don’t want weeds in the garden we kill the roots. There are hidden wars and there are visible ones. Visible wars are easily detected but hidden ones are not. All have surface results.

There are wars over land, power, control, and such. The real war is for man’s soul ( his mind, will and emotions). How a man thinks is what a man will do. In this world we see many wars. They are everywhere. It seems that the bad wars outnumber the good ones. Yes there are bad and good wars. All wars have one thing in common. They are all spiritual. The first war was launched in the garden of Eden with Adam and Eve for their soul, the way they think. Satan sowed seeds of doubt in their minds, doubting God thus separating them from God, resulting in man stumbling through life without directions. “War won”. The war was fought on the surface by words in order to win the root. The root is man’s conscience, where the awareness of God, his Father, resides. The goal of satan was to stop the consciousness of God in man. To be conscious of God is to be aware of His way, how He thinks and does things. Satan is the perfect example of a godless way, lying, cheating, hating, rebelliousness and such.

Today all wars are fought between the soul and the spirit. It’s been said by many dictators through the generations, if we can get to man’s children early enough, we can control them. The very words of satan. You might have the thought of, government run schools? Do we have any rebellious young people around, without direction, who might vote for a socialist for president? How long has the consciousness of God been erased from our schools?

So wars have been fought throughout history for the control of man. How he thinks, what he owns and to whom is his allegiance. The wars of Israel, Jews and Christians, the root, is about the goodness of God and the evil of satan. Large wars and small ones are at the root, the same. Conquer and rule with evil. There are many wars in this life, some are very bad, with evil intent. Good wars are fought against that very thing. The consciousness of God is certainly worth fighting for, for us, our children and future generations. Jesus fought the war for freedom from sin and ours is to fight the war to keep that.

In this age of mass communication we are constantly hearing, talk, talk, look, look, do this, do that, think this, think that. All are designed to change the way we see and do things. Some we embrace, some we reject, and some we just, all out war against. Some subtle and some not so subtle, a good detective can tell. A major war is the one that is said of, you don’t have to fight this one. Those are the biggest wars and the most important ones to win. Now there are wars that Jesus has and will fight and win for us and then there are those He will not. We had better know the difference. A good detective searches out which ones are which. God may tell us to build a house, but if we don’t pick up a hammer, He won’t give us instructions on how to build it. The same in war He can gather the enemy in the right place to be defeated, but if we don’t pick up a rifle and go, the war is not won and the enemy gets stronger. Does the word ISIS come to mind? We would be surprised at how many wars God has fought for us that we didn’t know about. I think His outnumbers ours. So, let’s fight the few He calls us to. If we see a war on the horizon, we had better find out if He is going to fight it or is He going to instruct us on how to fight it. We might look a little worse for wear after the war, but we win in the end. He knows the wars are good for us, good exercise. I don’t think the devil looks at it quite that way though.

There are those in leadership today in America who advocate a policy of passivity, not fighting, but talking will win in the end. We are not talking about a simple argument here. We are talking about an attack of war. spiritual or physical, Talking? How did that work out in the garden of Eden? This kind of policy leads to something similar as going into a pen with a rabid pit-bull dog. The dog will come out with every hair in place, but your clothes will be half torn off, with cuts and bruises all over. That is, if you are fortunate enough to get out of the pen alive.

A coward is one who gave in once and has lived to regret it. He is never the same again, unless he refuses to give in to the bully the next time and there will be many next times. Good soldiers know that there will always be wars and don’t go out half dressed for it. A courageous soldier waits for the word to “charge”, then he runs into the battle and does not stand down until the war is won. God wars for the soul and conscience of His people. Satan started this war, but God and the body of Christ (The Church) will win it. We are His good and well armed soldiers. He knows the future. He said while hanging on the cross,”It is finished”. That was His declaration of the war won. His desire and ours is to live in peace as in the Garden of Eden. As the old Alabama farmer would say. “You got to keep the bugs and vermin out”. If we want peace in our homes, city, state, nation and world, we have to fight the war of bad instructions, temptations, and recognize the difference between a weed and a flower, as I once told my grandson about girls.

PS: To win the war is great gain, to lose the soul is a terrible thing,” You, yes you, are a good soldier. You might get beat up once in awhile, but war is not a spectator sport, as you well know. Sergeant York, a great war hero once said, “I war to stop the killing of my friends”. We war to stop the killing, killing of the soul.

” I Didn’t Know That “

“ I didn’t know that “

At a conference a few  years ago, we were honoring our Pastor for his many years of service. Different men stood and spoke. One man in particular stood and made this statement that really struck me, “You don’t have to know where you are going to go”.
When I was young I thought, when I grow up, I want to either be a cook or a preacher. Well I can cook eggs, grits and tomato gravy and that’s about it. As time went by I forgot about the preacher part.
It’s good to plan the basic things in life like eating right, getting a good education, learn how to swim, how to fix broken things and such. There are certain things and events we cannot plan or know until it’s time has come, if we did we would probably change them and they would never happen, extremely important things. We are told,” you have to plan your life and future”. Well, maybe a few things such as those above, education and the basic things.
As this man spoke, you know the, “You don’t have to know where you are going to go”, man. He spoke of some things in his life that he didn’t know would happen, like relating to this paster, meeting his own wife and such.
My thoughts began to look back in my own life at all the things that happened. Now I’m not talking about the bad things that happened because of my ignorance, I’m talking about the planned things that God did. I didn’t know that at age 37 that I would be born again, baptized in water and the Holy Spirit. I didn’t know that 7 years later I would meet my wife Sharon. I didn’t know that 7 months after, we would marry. I didn’t know that I would pray for the sick and lost. I didn’t know that a church would be formed around these people. I didn’t know that I would become a preacher. I didn’t know that I would become a part of the church body that was honoring this paster. I didn’t know that my wife and I would move to the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. I didn’t know that I would be writing these notes to you. I didn’t know. I didn’t know. I didn’t know.
There are very important things in this life that we just can’t know, until we go. I love to surprise my wife and others. I love to give unique gifts and see the surprise on their faces. Don’t give me a pair of socks for my birthday, surprise me. God must really get a kick out of surprising us, because he does it enough.
Relax, stop worrying about the future. “But I’m not doing anything”. “I don’t know what to do”. “If God would only tell me”. “I feel so guilty”. “I’m stagnating and nothing is happening”. Could be we are just worrying about what’s time has not come yet. While we wait for God’s next surprise that we don’t know about yet, Go enjoy life. Go fishing. Go shopping. Play music. Go on vacation. Go to the Mountains. Go love your neighbors.
The scripture says, “My times are in your hands” and “Unless the Lord builds the city the watchman watches in vain”. The things we don’t know about are greater than what we hope for.

“The Light of Darkness”

“The Light of Darkness”

“The Light of Darkness”

Doesn’t it seem strange that as the earths’ shadow moves around its surface that one at a time millions of humans just lay down and sleep? In the daytime it’s bright and sunny and at shadow(night) there is the moon and a sprinkling of stars so far away that it leaves just enough light to see to get into the bed. Why is that? I could understand it if a few people lay down at the same time, but millions? Just how do you get millions of people to do anything at the same time? Could it be that darkness has light also? Now plants need sunlight to grow and humans need darkness. Go figure.
Now long before doctors and scientist were born there were cells. Humans are full of them. Science finally figured that out after hundreds of years. Well, it seems that the cells in these millions of humans need darkness to do something interesting, die and reproduce new cells. Well what do you know! And while we are working all day in the sunlight we are wearing out these cells that we didn’t know about and in darkness we are killing these worn out cells and making new ones.
So was this just an accidental thing or was it designed by a human, or something else? Oh, there were no humans on earth at that time, I forgot. And I don’t know any humans that could order millions to just lay down at the same time. So, if humans didn’t plan this, who did? Well right at this time, there are humans that want to gather all the knowledge in the world, put it in a chip and plant it in our heads and we’ll all know how this all happened. We’ll be like Gods and live forever. They call it transhumanism. Oh wait, these humans say there is no God. By the way, this sleep thing rebuilds brain cells so we get smarter and not dumber.
Doctors and scientists today have figured out that at night in the brain there are killer cells that kill the old cells and produce new ones. If new cells weren’t made we would get dumber and not smarter. Well, just maybe humans didn’t make all this happen.
I guess you are wondering where all this is going. This all laying down to sleep when the shadow hits us all at the same time is way over my head. By the way, not just any shadow, only the earths’ shadow. I can wonder forever or I can just ask God who did it. Oh I forgot, there is no God. Well let’s just humor ourselves and ask anyway. The word that God left us said, “If we would humble ourselves and pray, He would heal our land”. Just what does that mean?. Well, in southern language it means, “Come down off your high horse and just ask.” He said, “You have not because you ask not”. He’s not talking to your neighbor, He’s talking to you. In other words, the land He is talking about is you and all the cruddy things you’re doing that’s damaging you, your neighbor, your country and your world. If you are all wise, just do this for me, make me a living blade of grass. The wisdom of man is foolishness before God. He made the day and He made the darkness. The day for working and the night for recovering. He made the very ground we walk on and holds it in perfect orbit in the constellation.
The design and protocols in this earth and the heavens were ordered by God perfectly. All of the living plants and creatures live in perfect harmony together, except man. Man is the only living creature that God made that has something that all the other’s don’t have, a free-will. Oh, by the way that was the first personal right ever given to man. He has the right to believe that God made it all or not to believe that He made it all. God did not create a slave, nor did be want any. He just wanted man to freely love his Father. Does that sound familiar to you fathers? We birth children as well and they have a free will to love us or not. If they don’t, how has that worked out for them? The benefits between the two is drastically different.
I know that there is a lot about many things that every man that is born doesn’t understand. But remember earlier what Jesus said, “You have not because you ask not”. You may think, it can’t be that simple, but it is. He waits.
All our new created brain cells at night can help us live our lives, but can never figure out or understand our creator without asking with our mouths. He waits. The scripture says, “Out of the mouth the heart speaks”. He waits for our heart to speak.

“I Am or Am I”

I AM or AM I

A good friend of mine, Al Watson, and I were working on my old Volkswagen bug a number of years ago. There was a drive-shaft nut that takes 250 foot pounds of torque. It wouldn’t come loose, so we took a 5 foot breaker bar and a socket and tried to break it loose. Al was pushing on the bar as hard as he could but, no use. So I said in a moderate to loud voice, “Thank you Jesus”, Of course Al was not a Christian yet, so all that caught him by surprise. The nut popped loose, the bar went flying, Al lunged forward. He turned, looked at me and said, “What did you say”? I said, ‘Thank you Jesus”. You see, Al, (I AM) at that time weighed between 270 and 300 pounds and thought he could do anything, just like we all do until revelation comes. When I thanked Jesus, the real I AM showed up. Nothing to it. Al was shocked, Jesus and I laughed, Al got born again a few weeks later and became AM I (Al). What God got out of this, was a new son, I got a glorious brother and Al got Jesus the Great “I AM”.

When God told Moses to go into Egypt to bring His people out, they were ignorant of God, Pharaoh was too. God said, If they ask you who sent you tell them, “I AM sent you”. The only way we have any credibility is for I AM to send us.

My wife and I watched one one of our favorite movies the other night, “The Shepherd of the Hills” with John Wayne. Granny Becky was born blind and lived in a milky white haze all of her life. The Shepard (Harry Carey) paid to have her cataracts removed. They had an unveiling gathering, to take the bandages off. As she picked up a hand full of dirt she said, “I bear witness of the color of God’s good earth”. I know it’s just a movie, but this is how revelation is. She saw partially, but when the complete and perfect came, she saw completely perfect. The thing that was many times more than anything she had seen or ever thought she would. She saw the work of the Great I AM. We become a greater witness every time we experience a new revelation from God.

Balaam, in the old testament, didn’t see the angel of God with his sword drawn, but his ass (donkey) did. His ass was trying to save his life. His ass saw I AM before Balaam did. When his ass spoke to him, now that was a great revelation and then he saw the big sword. What a revelation! Then Balaam made this statement, “ I saw the vision of the almighty, falling into a trance with my eyes wide open. Sometimes we think that a vision comes only in our prayer time. It certainly can, but it can and does happen with our eyes wide open. It can happen at home, work, play and every aspect of our daily lives.

In a court of law, the judge will ask the witness, “What did you see”? If you just read about it, or heard about it, you are not a valid witness. A witness is someone that has experienced seeing something. I hear all the time, you have to go out into the world and witness for the Lord. What have you seen? You have to experience a thing to be a valid witness of it. Seeing God heal a sick person is being a witness of that fact. When God reveals something through revelation, we are also a witness. A thing can have a certain property in the natural, whether it is thought or physical properties. When revelation about this comes, we see it as He does and it illuminates. I call this illuminate revelation because it gets bigger than life. Revelation or God revealing a thing or a matter to us, lets us see from His viewpoint. Wisdom comes more and more every time He reveals more to us. We become a greater witness the more we see.

When Samuel, in the old testament, as a child heard God calling to him, he said this, “here AM I”. Our world is full of I AM here. I can do this, I can do that, I don’t need any help, I AM the strongest, etc. Television is full of superhero preaching, causing people to think, I AM the greatest. There was a popular boxer that described himself that way years ago. When I was young, my mother said, “Pride goes before a fall”, I found out personally that she was right. She must have gotten that somewhere other than from this world. Saying, “I am,” is not wrong in itself if it includes God first, like, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”. I AM, without honoring God as first, is destructive. It’s pride in one’s own strength and abilities that blinds us to the larger picture. There are many things that God wants us to see in this life. Our small picture is certainly not all there is.

My brother Charlie wrote down this revelation of a song on his way home from work one day. By the way, it was not in his quiet time at home. This revelation came with his eyes wide open. If driving, they had better be open. God spoke these words to Charley.

Listen, can you hear it in the wind.
I say, listen can you hear it in the wind.
I hear sorrow, I hear pain and misery.
Listen, can you hear it in the wind.

Listen, can you hear it in the wind.
I say, listen, can you hear it in the wind.
It’s the heart cry of your brothers, your sisters or a friend.
Listen, can you hear it in the wind.

Listen, can you hear it in the wind.
I say, listen, can you hear it in the wind.
I hear Jesus , He’s your Father, He’s your friend
Saying, take me to your brother, sister or a friend.
It’s the heart cry of Jesus, to bring life to every man.
Saying, take me to your brother, sisters or a friend.
For it’s the heart cry of Jesus to bring life to every man.
Saying take me to your brothers, sisters or a friend.
Listen, can you hear it in the wind.

This revelation came from I AM. My brother Charlie was in an AM I, listening mode and heard the the heart cry of Jesus for his people. In order to hear and see an illuminate revelation like this, we must realize our inabilities and His greatness, our weakness and His strength.

Samuel said,” Here AM I.” He became a witness, as we do, to our Father, designer and creator. Revelation is not just for a few, we are all His handy work. From this day forward let’s all use this term, Here AM I and listen to, I AM He.

“Tracks and Marks”

“Tracks and Marks”

The Things we leave behind.

Everything leaves it’s mark. As a hunter, I look for the tracks of what I’m hunting. A good tracker can tell immediately what has passed through. All leave a different track. There are track leavings and there is feces also. I can tell if it’s what I’m hunting for by it’s leavings. The leavings tell me what is ahead. Every living thing leaves its own personal mark. Looking out our window, I can see our chicken pen. We bought 20 baby chicks. We got select ones to ensure we got mostly hens for eggs. Well we wanted one rooster but got four. I might add, the roosters are leaving their marks. They are all saying, I am the boss of these hens. The one that winds up the boss, is going to leave some blood and the biggest track-marks behind. In life, we all leave our tracks and marks behind. All marks left by humans are different. They may seem alike, but they are different. Everyone’s mark is unique to himself. If we copy someone else, it may look similar but on looking closer, they are not the same. There is only one you. I have an identical twin brother, his name is Charlie. When we were in the military our fingerprints were so similar that they could not tell them apart. There was a master sergeant who had so much trouble telling us apart that he called us by our last name and added the first initial of our first name afterwards, thus McClary-C and McClary-D, in one phrase. We are very similar but not the same. Charlie has left his track-marks behind him and I have left mine. Today, there are those who leave a confusing track behind and are hard to follow. The tracker might say, this track is not normal and doesn’t look like anything I have ever seen before. Deer leave a certain track and a rabbit leaves a different one. The two are easily tracked. If a deer had two rabbit feet and two deer feet, he would leave an impossible track or mark to follow. No one could follow its trail. All animals and every living thing were created after its own kind. A rabbit looks like a rabbit and a deer looks like a deer. We are told by some, that you can be the rabbit if you were born a deer and visa versa. Of course that is impossible and we all know it. There are those telling us that we can be the opposite sex of the the way we were born if we choose. How confused a track is that? I would only say, if you choose to go in another’s hen house, watch for the rooster, there could be some blood left behind. Our tracks are our marks we leave behind. They are our legacy, we are known by it. Others know what we are by what we leave behind. Do we leave confusing tracks and marks for our children to follow? Do our track-marks match the character and the person we are? Do those who follow us know what they will find when they see us? When we are born we start out leaving hard and confusing tracks to follow. Others wonder what kind of thing left these track-marks. When man left his Father-God and His track-marks and followed another’s, they immediately began to leave confusing tracks that only a fool would follow. He no longer followed tracks of his own kind. The word fool is interpreted a play actor. An actor is one who plays someone else. He also leaves mixed tracks with that of others. Vanity, is to be vain, to look and act like something we are not. Our worldly teachers want us all to be vain, foolish, and leave their track-marks, so others will do the same. This is what satan teaches our so called politically correct instructors, so we can leave confusing marks for others to follow. What track-marks are we following and what will it be when we catch up to it? God’s tracks and marks are easily distinguished between His and another’s. We know His tracks and will not follow those of another’s.

PS: What we leave behind, is who we are. Never follow a fool, great discouragement is found, when caught up with him. This is how we can know if we are on the right track, God is the same as His tracks and marks. The more you hunt, the better tracker you will become.

“The Golden Key”

“THE GOLDEN KEY”

There are many locked things in this life, the front door, the back door, the front gate, the safe, the business down the street and such. All have one thing in common, they prevent wrong entry and allow legal access. The things inside have great value to its owner. Some are material things, and some are secret things, as in government or military. In every case only certain people have the right to enter. It is our right to protect what is ours from those that it is not. Some go to great lengths to protect a thing or a matter. What we have built or conceived in our minds are ours and not someone else’s. Years ago, I asked a thief why he stole, and this was his answer, “God made everything, you have too much and I deserve some of it”. That’s why we lock things and hide the key. Most of us are generous and would gladly share some of our locked items if the other person’s attitude toward us and our possessions was correct, otherwise he deserves nothing. There are some locked up things that have little value to it’s owner and some that have great value. One such item might be your grandmothers’ old letters from her husband while in the army, these would have little value to the thief. On the other hand, documents written describing an invention or a military weapon, would have. All valuable things have this in common, they change the future of the owner and the thief. Another such things are military secrets; they are closely protected. Information is guarded stringently, with codes and encryption. The more important the information the greater it’s protected. Some have different classifications according to its importance, some are top secret, only certain people will ever be allowed to see it. Thieves are continually attempting to steal things that will bring them the greatest reward and owners are increasingly building better locks. All keys are made different for a reason, so the key cannot open any other locks. The owner planned it that way. Man builds many locks to secure many important things and so does the God of creation. There are some things that are common knowledge to man and some things that are hidden. Some that can be known are created things we see all around us, such as trees, the sky, waters, mountains, wondrous things that man could never make. Every seen thing has its hidden things and cannot be known without the key to the locked box. We will call this ’The Wisdom Box’. A thief can never open it, only those who have the key. There is only one key, and not many, as some presume. Only highly trusted people are qualified to see what is in the box. Wisdom and hidden matters of God are very valuable to Him and to us. To us, because they change us forever. In man’s fallen, rebellious nature he can never know God’s secrets, only if he is given the key can he know. There are many books and movies about the mystery of man and his creation. All may be curious but all end in frustration. Man is not trustworthy until he is born of spirit. Jesus left us a way to communicate with God in spirit. The spirit is the language of God, whether in a language we understand or not. He understands both.  We were born in the flesh and understand nothing about the deeper things of God and His creation. The world sat in this rebellious, unbelieving, ignorant state and God knew that for his people to love Him, either all mankind would have to die and start all over again, or one would die for all. So, Jesus, His son, died for us all. When we say to Him we believe that and tell Him so, He forgives us of our rebellion and gives us a Key. This Key is one of a kind and cannot be duplicated. The Key is stamped with Gold, saying “The Spirit Of Truth”, He is how we communicate with God. The Key is a free gift, it cannot be earned. It is given through forgiveness. We hear God and speak with God through the Person of the Holy Spirit. We read the written word and hear his spoken word through the interpreter, the Holy Spirit, which is the “Key”.

A word of Warning: It is extremely important that we hear correctly. God’s very word to us says that faith comes by hearing Him and if we hear Him, He will reward us with wisdom that produces every kind of substance for our lives while here on earth. There are many distractions while trying to hear. I have ringing in my ears from years of loud machinery and loud music when I was young. My wife will say something to me, and I will miss the first few words, only hearing the last few. I need to hear completely what she said, so I ask her to repeat it again, and you know I would think she would get irritated with me, but she never does, and God doesn’t either. He, like my wife just wants me to hear correctly. The ringing in my ears is like the thief in our lives trying to steal the most important things from us the most important thing of them all is the Key stamped in gold “Spirit Of Truth”, the only communication device there is. In summation, our most valued possession is the ability to communicate with our father who birthed us. The Key is the spirit of God which leads us to the truth in all matters of wisdom. The Key opens our spirit to hear God. God is spirit and man is flesh. The spirit of God is all wise and we must communicate in spirit, not flesh. To know Him in the mind only, is to know of Him. To know Him in the spirit, is to know Him.

Wisdom is hidden from fleshly man, or the soulish man, or as us southerners would say, the spirit speaks. It tells the mind what to do and the mind tells the body how to do it and it gets done, so there you have it, nothing to it. Normal Christianity was birthed many years ago as recorded in the 2nd chapter of Acts, where men heard in the spirit and responded to what God said and their lives and the world was changed forever. Today, the Key is still available to those who seek it.
