“Give us Barabbas”

There is a great war raging in America today. On one side are the followers of Jesus and his way and then there are the followers of man’s way. Man has no way but his own. Lost in a world of not knowing where he came from or where he is going. Empty of purpose, so he makes up his idea of purpose in life. He makes up his idea of how man should live and the rules and boundaries he should live by. These people get elected to office and began to implement them. When men can’t bear up under these, stronger rules are made and if that doesn’t work, then strong enforcement is implemented. The character of much of these men can be extreme. Some steal, rob, murder, deceive, pervert, slander and lie to keep their positions in office. Anyone that comes along that doesn’t do such things is a threat to their way. Their defense is to rage a war of lies against the people of God’s way, those who follow Jesus.

Good is a great threat to evil and always has been from the beginning of creation. There is no genuine way other than God’s way. The creator created one way and any other way is not legitimate and will never work. The war has always been between God’s ways and man’s way, until God’s way prevails and there is no more, man’s way.

America and its way is on trial right now. A similar trial took place two thousand and sixteen hundred years ago in Rome. Jesus was on trial for saying that He was the Creator’s son. His way was as the Creators’ and was a great threat to their government and their way. The lies that they told about Jesus, to themselves and others, turned the church and the people against Him. Only a small group of people were not persuaded.

It was a custom in that day if the trial was a capital offence that one prisoner would be released. One the people would chose, not the government’s choice. I assume, to clear their conscience. One was going to die and the other exonerated, or rather to live and continue his way.

The Democratic nominee and the Republican nominee and what each represents are on trial today. The way of each is at stake. The Democratic nominee represents the people’s way and the Republican represents the Creator’s way. One will lose and the other way will prevail. Hillary Clinton represents Barabbas and Donald trump represents Jesus. This is very real and serious, only one will be released and one will not. One’s way will go on and the other’s ways will not.

The people cried, “Release Barabbas,” with a roar. Do I hear your voice in it?

We have watched over the past number of years, the people’s way virtually taking over this nation. Legalizing every kind of perverted way, such as abortion, homosexuality, forced correct speech, outlawing any mention of the Creator and His son from society. Does that sound like the Romans and the Sanhedrin to you? God sent His own son to fix man’s perverted way and the people chose Barabbas and his way over Jesus. How has that worked out? The Creator has sent a simple fallible man in Donald Trump to fix some of the results of the people’s destructive ways. He is not Jesus, but he loves the people of His way and God our creator. He is not Barabbas.

For too long the church has said, stay out of politics. God created the church and the earth it lives in, He gave us the air we breathe, told us to trust his son that walked in this and you say, stay out of politics? How do you separate the church from His creation that we live in? Because of this way of thinking, evil men have ruled over our land and they have started on the church. If they are elected again this cycle the people of this worlds’ way will do even more damage to us. Half of the Supreme Court is already ruled by these people. Do we want the whole court dominated by them? The Supreme Court has already ruled against the Creators ways in the past. Every ruling from now on would be, “Release Barabbas.”

What will your cry be? Release Barabbas or release Jesus and His way. You cry with your vote.
